Archive for 'Family'
This was one of the last really beautiful days in Portland before the weather turned for fall, and I’m so glad we got to take advantage of it. We met up at George Rogers Park in Lake Oswego and ran around for a while in the remaining sunshine. I got such a kick out of trying to keep up with this little guy’s facial expressions Jasmine, you have such a beautiful family, thank you so much for having me up to Portland to photograph them!
What a joy to capture these guys at this stage in their family. I loved learning and capturing all the silly facial expressions of this little guys. He was so serious and then silly, and then serious, and then silly again. Thank you guys for honoring me with the opportunity to hang with you all and make some memories.
Looking through these photos warms my heart with giggles. These girls are wild, free, strong willed, imaginative, thoughtful… did I mention wild? And they are supported by such a loving wonderful team for parents (and grandma who made it out as well). Peg (mom) let the girls dress themselves and they ended up in the items of clothing that they basically live in – boots, tutus, wings. I LOVED that. We ran around playing tag and they told me stories of unicorns, pegasus’, butterflies and fairies. I loved seeing the world through their eyes for an hour or so out in the forest (which was full of unicorns, pegasus’, butterflies and fairies or course).
