Emma and Ely’s Tubac Arizona Wedding

I’ve had this post ready for a couple days now but haven’t been able to put it up because I just didn’t know what to say about this wedding. It was…. aaaa! I can’t figure out the right word to capture how special it was! Maybe… splendor! Rich, Joy-FULL (and even that’s an understatement), it was monumental. First, road tripping to Arizona with some of my best friends (including the Bride’s two brothers), being unabashedly welcomed into such a fantastic family, and then traveling to the PERFECT wedding location – Tubac Golf and Spa Resort in Tubac Arizona. It was such a fantastic hidden gem in in the middle of the desert a few miles from the Mexico border. This was also the place where Tin Cup was filmed. The coordinators at Tubac were amazing and I would highly recommend the resort to any Arizona bride. Second, Emma and Ely are just the best. Emma planned the wedding in 3 months (whhaaaaat!) and had the most patient, carefree, fun loving attitude about everything. And everyone who was at the wedding loved these two so much that the entire experience was one huge joy fest. I think that is what a wedding should be. Notable moments : Me getting to drive a golf cart around all day, Emma and Ely’s 1 goal of taking pictures with the cows (!!!), the boys lifting the Bride up on a chair, not realizing that her head was going to smash into the ginormous chandelier above her (yikes!), and of course… DJ Johnny rocking the face off of the dance floor – He was ahhhhmazing.
