Last weekend I had the fun opportunity of spending the day at Afton Field Farms just outside of Corvallis. I have been doing some image work for Afton Field Farm’s upcoming website and they asked me to also document a day long seminar by Joel Salatin. Salatin is the proprietor of Polyface Farms, a popular author, and leader in the sustainable farming movement. I had such a wonderful time and learned so much from Salatin as he used Afton Field as an example for starting up a sustainable farm. I’m very excited to work more with the farm, I really love what they are doing and hope to support them in any way I can.
